Another Polar Bear
Enjoying the Clouds

Of course this is a fantasy painting.  Polar bears do not really romp around the clouds -- or do they?  How could you tell?  Polar bears are big and fluffy and soft and so are clouds. Polar bears are used to cold very clean looking places.  Clouds provide that.  I'll bet polar bears would be very happy up there.  Maybe when polar bears get older they turn into clouds.  Maybe when new little baby clouds get older they turn into polar bears and fall to earth--but only near the poles.  I've never seen a polar bear fall to earth from the sky but then; I've never been near the poles either.

I think maybe the higher altitudes among the cumulus and nimbus clouds are just perfect places where the polar bears go for a break; a place to get away from the smelly fish, and the seals who, I bet, gossip almost constantly.

The polar bears up there among the clouds find a soft comfortable spot, sit down or stretch out and just enjoy the moment.  I'll bet they occasionally peer down through the clouds and watch what people are doing.  I am sure that often gets them to laugh: sometimes, I am sure it makes them cry too. Have you done anything today that would make a polar bear enjoy the clouds?
